There is a 14-day refund and return right for the product you have purchased at venandidesign.com provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the same condition that you received it. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not exchange your product or offer you a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
